Ethical Commitment
The Premium Handbook of Science and Technology upholds strict ethical standards for all participants: authors, editors, and reviewers. Plagiarism and any unethical behavior are not tolerated. The journal follows Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines and best international publishing practices.
Duties of Editors
- Publication decision: Editors are responsible for publication decisions based on editorial, legal, and ethical criteria.
- Fair review: Manuscripts are evaluated impartially, regardless of background, gender, or ideology.
- Confidentiality: Information about submitted manuscripts is restricted to the editorial process.
- Conflicts of interest: Editors must abstain from handling manuscripts with which they have conflicts.
- Complaint resolution: Ethical complaints are transparently investigated and addressed.
Duties of Reviewers
- Editorial contribution: Reviews must be objective and constructive, aiding article improvement.
- Punctuality: Reviewers should notify editors if unable to meet deadlines.
- Confidentiality: Manuscripts under review are strictly confidential.
- Source recognition: Reviewers must identify uncited references or plagiarism.
- Conflicts of interest: Reviewers should not evaluate manuscripts with personal or professional conflicts.
Duties of Authors
- Originality: Only original, unpublished work, without plagiarism or simultaneous submission.
- Transparency: Data and methods must be clear for replication.
- Source recognition: All relevant sources must be cited.
- Authorship: Only those who contributed significantly are listed as authors/coauthors.
- Conflicts of interest: Must be disclosed during submission.
- Error correction: Authors must notify the editor if errors are discovered after publication.
Publisher's Duties
The publisher ensures that advertising and commercial revenue do not affect editorial decisions. All submissions undergo peer review and plagiarism screening.
