Premium Handbook of Science and Technology values transparency, ethics, and respect throughout the editorial process. Authors have the right to submit complaints regarding any stage of manuscript submission, peer review, or scientific publication.
How to Submit a Complaint?
Authors may submit detailed complaints by email to contato@premiumhandbook.com. Please ensure your message clearly states the reason for the complaint and provides relevant article information.
Types of Complaints
- Plagiarism
- Copyright violation
- Misleading or incorrect research results
- Methodological irregularities
- Undisclosed conflicts of interest
- Bias or partiality in the peer review process
- Excessive delay in manuscript processing
- Unsatisfactory reviewer comments
- Authorship issues
Complaint Handling Policy
After receiving a complaint, the author will receive confirmation within three business days, assuring that appropriate measures will be taken. The editorial team, under the guidance of the Editor-in-Chief, conducts an internal investigation to evaluate all reported issues.
At the end of the investigation, a detailed report is prepared and the decision is communicated directly to the complainant by email. All complaints are treated with confidentiality and seriousness, aiming to continuously improve the journal's editorial procedures.
